This project involved the complete construction of a custom outdoor living space, including a swimming pool, hardscaping, masonry features, landscaping, and drainage solutions. Located just two feet from protected wetlands, the project required careful planning, creative problem-solving, and detailed coordination between multiple trades to deliver the homeowner’s vision while complying with environmental restrictions.
Building this outdoor space came with significant site limitations. The property bordered protected wetlands, preventing heavy equipment from accessing large portions of the work area. Every phase of construction required careful coordination to protect the surrounding environment while maintaining project efficiency.
In addition to the access restrictions, the project involved managing multiple contractors, schedules, and installation phases to ensure every element came together seamlessly.
